you may already tried many proxy settings for gprs hacking. but its many of the time may not be working properly. the new idea gprs settings will give you more data for your 3g plan or for 2g.

   apn:internet
   proxy:23.0.1271.64
   port 8080
   authentication mode:normal
3.save your settings and restart your phone
